Georgian Apartments NG1

Our first semi-commercial project – the conversion of a Georgian mansion on Derby Road, NG1 into 5 self contained apartments, including a duplex with stunning basement kitchen.

It was a privilege to breathe life into what was a derelict shell and to create what has became a cohesive, sophisticated, high end, thriving rental enterprise.

 

We blended contemporary elements whilst remaining sympathetic to the historic fabric and style of the building.
